HOMEGROWN property developer, Paramount Property Ventures Inc., is allotting an estimated P330 million to undertake the development of economic housing units to address the housing backlog in the country.
The company has established La Cresta Homes Inc., a new unit that would pursue the company’s residential development operations targeting the economic segment.
At present, the company will be building La Cresta Hills, the flagship project under the new subsidiary, which is scheduled for groundbreaking by the second quarter of this year.
Arli Arcenas-Vergara, the sales and marketing director of La Cresta Homes Inc., said this new project will answer the housing requirements of Cebuanos, particularly those living in the south.
