AROUND 200 brokers attended Friday’s sales launching of Paramount Property Ventures’ Asian-themed beachfront subdivision on the shores of Inayagan, Naga.
Paramount Property Ventures (PPV) president Abelardo Cañedo highlighted the company’s third project to brokers who attended the launch at the City Sports Club.
The project, Mazari Cove, is a 6.5-hectare resort community.
“You can already own a home for P6,500 a month,” said Cañedo.
The Mazari Cove, with an investment of around P75 million, has 371 housing units, with the cheapest unit costing P1.2 million.
Unit types include a two-storey townhouse with a floor area of 43 square meters, a two-storey duplex home with 68 square meters and a two-storey attached home with a 46-square meter floor area. Read more ›››
