To serve the Carcaranons with affordable homes, Paramount Property Ventures, Inc. is set to build its newest housing project in the upland barangay of Can-asujan, Carcar City before the first quarter of 2016 ends.
La Cresta Hills will be the newest refuge for families who are on the lookout for low-cost houses without sacrificing convenience and quality. It is a housing project that sits on a 12-hectare property with a total of 1, 294 lots and house and lots.
The development is the debut project of La Cresta Homes, Inc., a subsidiary of Paramount Property Ventures, Inc. that has been specializing in building quality homes across Southern Cebu. It is scheduled to launch and break grounds in the first quarter of 2016.
La Cresta Hills offers affordable house and lot units priced at P450K to P2M and can be availed through bank or PAGIBIG financing.
