Real estate developer Paramount Property Ventures Inc. (PPVI) is inviting young professionals and young families to move to Mactan and own a home at The Links, its newest community located in Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City.
Arli Arenas-Vergara, VP for International Operations of PPVI, said they saw that Cebuanos are more open to living in Mactan.

The company has initially presented The Links to the public and it got a positive feedback.
“We have a good number of inquiries. And we see this as an indicator that many are open to moving to Mactan,” said Arenas-Vergara. “At the rate that things are going, we expect The Links to be in the market for only a short period of time. Those who are intending to invest already covers up a big share of the project’s total inventory.”
