IN line with its advocacy to protect the environment, real estate developer Paramount Property Ventures Inc. (PPVI) held a tree-planting activity, Spread It Green, last Feb. 17 at the La Cresta in Can-asujan, Carcar City, Cebu.
More than 100 guyabano seedlings were planted by the PPVI employees, investors, guests, and barangay officials.
These seedlings are just the initial batch to be planted in the area. PPVI intends to plant at least 1,000 trees in its La Cresta community and these will be a mix of medium-sized fruit-bearing and native trees.
PPVI vice president for international sales Arli Arenas-Vergara extended the company’s gratitude to all the participants, most especially to the barangay, for its support.
